返品特約
万が一不良品があった場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が到着した場合には、商品到着後8日以内に弊社にご連絡の上、送料着払いにてご返品ください。弊社より返金させていただきます。
お客様のご都合による返品の場合には、未使用品（タグ、箱、梱包材などの付属品及び納品書など商品到着時に商品と同梱されていた物が全て揃っている再販可能な状態の商品をいい、一度でも使用（屋内での試着を除く）されたものやお客様の試着による傷、変形または汚れが生じたものを除きます。）の場合に限り、商品代金のみのご返金を承ります。セール対象商品、商品ページに返品返金不可の記載がある商品や上記の条件に満たさなかった場合は、返品を承ることが出来かねる場合もございます。その際の期限もご購入から8日以内になります。送料はお客様のご負担とさせていただきます。
また、商品の交換には応じかねますので、交換をご希望のお客様は、未使用品の弊社へのご返品および弊社からの商品代金のご返金のための手続とともに、改めてご希望の商品の購入手続きを行っていただきますようお願いいたします。その際、ご希望の商品が在庫切れにより販売できないこともございますので、予めご了承ください。

Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product or a product that differs from your order, please
contact us within 8 days of the product’s arrival and return the item with the shipping costs paid by the
recipient (collect). We will issue a refund.
For returns due to customer preference, refunds (product price only) are accepted only for unused items (items with tags, boxes, packaging materials, and all included documents intact and in resalable condition). Items that have been used (except for indoor fitting) or damaged, deformed, or soiled during fitting are not eligible for return. Sale items, items marked as non-returnable on the product page, or items that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return. The deadline for returns is also within 8 days of purchase. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Additionally, we do not offer product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the unused item to us and follow the refund process, then place a new order for the desired product. Please note that the desired product may be out of stock and unavailable for purchase.
